ورشة النزاعات في الشركات العائلية: تجربة تعاون ناجحة بين شركة بيت عائلة الأعمال، البنك السعودي للاستثمار، وشركة كي بي ام جي السعودية
تعاونت شركة بيت عائلة الأعمال مؤخرًا مع البنك السعودي للاستثمار وشركة كي بي ام جي السعودية في ورشة عمل حول " النزاعات في الشركات العائلية". حيث قامت الدكتور هنوف أبو خضير والدكتورة دلال الربيشي بمشاركة الأفكار من دراسة قمن بها بالتعاون مع شركة كي بي إم جي و المركز الوطني للمنشآت العائلية. وقد أقيم هذا الحدث في فندق ريتز كارلتون بالرياض، وضم عملاء من الشركات العائلية من شركة كيه بي إم جي والبنك السعودي للاستثمار.
استضافت شركة بيت عائلة الأعمال ورشة العمل الثانية في سلسلة تطوير الجيل التالي حول "الخلافة والتواصل في الشركات العائلية"، مما يعزز تفانيهم في دعم الجيل القادم
عقد بيت عائلة الأعمال ورشة عمل بعنوان "تعاقب الأجيال والتواصل في الشركات العائلية" وذلك في فندق لو ميريديان بالرياض يوم 18 يناير، وهي ورشة العمل الثانية من سلسلة تطوير الجيل القادم، قدمت ورشة العمل الخبيرة كريستين بلونديل من كلية إنسياد، وضمت 27 فردًا من الشركات العائلية السعودية من مختلف الأجيال. تضمن الحدث لقاء افتراضي تعريفي عبر برنامج زوم في 9 يناير وعشاءًا في مطعم سانتيني في 17 يناير. وقد أقيم هذا الحدث برعاية سدكو القابضة، وكي بي إم جي السعودية، ومجموعة الخريف، ونسما القابضة. تعكس هذه المبادرة التزام بيت عائلة الأعمال المستمر بتعزيز نمو واستدامة الشركات العائلية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

قدم بيت عائلة الاعمال ورشة عمل حول "التخطيط لتعاقب الاجيال في الشركات العائلية" استضافها البنك السعودي للاستثمار. هذه هي الفعالية الأولى ضمن سلسلة من الفعاليات التي يتم تنظيمها بالتعاون مع شركة كي بي إم جي السعودية. قدمت الدكتور هنوف أبو خضير والدكتورة دلال الربيشي في ورشة العمل رؤى من دراسة أجريت بالتعاون بين شركة كيه بي إم جي والمركز الوطني للشركات العائلية. وقد أقيمت ورشة العمل في فندق فور سيزونز بالرياض، وحضرها عملاء من الشركات العائلية من شركة كي بي ان جي والبنك السعودي للاستثمار.

أقيمت ورشة العمل الأولى ضمن سلسلة تطوير الجيل القادم في مدينة جدة تحت عنوان "المالك المسؤول". وقد قدم الورشة البروفيسور رودريغو باسكو من الجامعة الأمريكية في الشارقة والذي يشغل كرسي الشيخ سعود بن خالد القاسمي للمنشآت العائلية. كما قدم الدكتور قيصر مطاوع من مكتب الدكتور قيصر حامد مطاوع للمحاماة الجانب القانوني للملكية العائلية. أقيمت الورشة في فندق جوديان بجدة، برعاية سدكو القابضة وشركة كي بي إم جي السعودية. وهذه هي ورشة العمل الأولى في سلسلة تطوير الجيل القادم التي يعتزم بيت عائلة الاعمال تقديمها لأفراد العائلات من الجيل القادم.

نفخر في بيت عائلة الأعمال بالشراكة مع شركة كي بي إم جي في المملكة العربية السعودية في مجال المنشآت العائلية. جاء ذلك بعد التعاون بين الشركتين في نشر ورقتين بحثيتين حول التخطيط لتعاقب الأجيال وحل النزاعات، تهدف مذكرة التفاهم إلى تقديم مبادرات مختارة لدعم المنشآت العائلية في المنطقة والمساهمة في تطوير النظام البيئي للمنشآت العائلية. وتم التوقيع في مكتب كي بي إم جي بجدة، بحضور السيد إبراهيم باعشن ممثلاً لشركة كي بي إم جي والدكتور هنوف أبو خضير ممثلاً لبيت عائلة الأعمال.

In addition to the Asharqia and Jeddah Chamber workshops, BFH conducted the third and last workshop on women empowerment in family businesses, which was organized and hosted by the Riyadh Chamber, in affiliation with the National Centre for Family Businesses, on March 20, 2023, in collaboration with the National Center for Family Businesses. The workshop's goal was to further examine the contributions and difficulties faced by women working in family businesses in various areas to develop comprehensive recommendations.

As a follow-up session to Asharqia Chamber workshop, BFH held another workshop titled: Empowering Women in Family Businesses on December 22, 2022 in collaboration with Jeddah Chamber and the National Centre for Family Business (NCFB). The aim of the workshop was to further explore contributions and challenges of women in family businesses, with the aim to come up with a consolidated recommendations together with a third workshop to be conducted in Riyadh.

In cooperation with Asharqia Chamber and the National Centre for Family Business (NCFB), BFH conducted a workshop titled: Empowering Women in Family Businesses on October 13th, 2022. The workshop took place in Asharqia Chamber in Dammam with the participation of 35 women belonging to a number of prominent business families in the Eastern Region. The workshop's objective is to explore women participation in family businesses and the challenges they face, with the aim to come up with a set of recommendations to empower women and enhance their involvement in family businesses.

Dr. Dalal Alrubaishi and Dr. Hanoof Abokhodair presented the KPMG research that they lead on succession planning in Saudi family businesses on October 11, 2022 at the KPMG Saudi Arabia MESAC Family Business Summit in Riyadh. They emphasized the significance of having fair selection procedures for the family business's next leader, avoiding parental favouritism in the process, and assuring perceived fairness among family heirs in ownership succession. This study is a collaboration between KPMG Saudi Arabia and The National Centre for Family Businesses.
