Dr. Dalal Alrubaishi and Dr. Hanoof Abokhodair presented the KPMG research that they lead on succession planning in Saudi family businesses on October 11, 2022 at the KPMG Saudi Arabia MESAC Family Business Summit in Riyadh. They emphasized the significance of having fair selection procedures for the family business’s next leader, avoiding parental favouritism in the process, and assuring perceived fairness among family heirs in ownership succession.
