Grégoire gathered 25 years of experience in the wealth management industry, half of which in the Family Office space. He was the global head of the Pictet Family office in his last years, having joined them in 2008. Prior to that, he gained experience as a banker at Credit Suisse and Julius Baer as well as business consultancy experience with Andersen consulting. He also developed investment knowledge through the hedge fund company GAM.

His main area of expertise are family offices, family governance, and family dynamics. He advises families on setting up their family offices, defining their objectives, their wealth purpose as well as their investment governance and operational governance. He serves on family boards, investment committees, and family assemblies.

He graduated from the University of London, in Mathematics and Psychology. He is a Fellow and an advanced certificate holder (ACFWA, ACFBA) from the Family Firm Institute (FFI). He is on the advisory board of Agreus, a specialized Family Office resourcing & recruitment platform as well as part of the expert Family Office panel for NTU and the Wealth Management Institute (Singapore). He publishes regularly articles on the theme of family and investment governance, in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. In 2018, he was recognized by his peers in The Family Capital publication as one of the global “top family office advisers”.
