In cooperation with Asharqia Chamber and the National Centre for Family Business (NCFB), BFH conducted a workshop titled: Empowering Women in Family Businesses on October 13th, 2022. The workshop took place in Asharqia Chamber in Dammam with the participation of 35 women belonging to a number of prominent business families in the Eastern Region.
The workshop’s objective is to explore women participation in family businesses and the challenges they face, with the aim to come up with a set of recommendations to empower women and enhance their involvement in family businesses.
